For those of you that participate or want to participate in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), November is just around the corner. Many of you might be thinking that’s a long way off, but writing a novel can be a formidable challenge.

Even if you’re not planning to have your work published but doing it for the challenge, give yourself a good edge and do an outline, write your index cards out, plot and plan your story so when November 1st rolls around, you can jump right in and hit that 50,000-word goal with the greatest of ease.

And this year, I’ve decided to jump back in also and whip out another novel. It will be a fun challenge to manage along with everything else in life happening.
