Just another friendly reminder that National Novel Writing Month is approaching fast.  Some of you may be scratching your heads and thinking, “What, it’s six months away!”

When real life has its way with you, time has a tendency to jump ahead faster than you can comprehend it.  If you are truly interested in taking part in this wonderful exploration of the craft, at no cost to you but your time and imagination, then consider putting together your characters and plots.  Oh, and at least have a rough idea of the structure, but you don’t necessarily have to.

On another note, I just looked at the site and realized this is Nanowrimo’s 10th anniversary.  Boy do I feel old now.  I remember when it was only in its second year.  Where has the time gone?
