I’ve had my head down to the grindstone working on my book to meet my publisher’s deadline of November 1st. Sorry if anybody hasn’t heard from me. After November is over and done with I should have more time on my hands to post.
In the meantime, I thought I would write about some truly bad movies I’ve seen in my life. These are what many would put into the “craptacular” category: movies so bad they’re good. I’ll just list some of them here for your own amusement. If you find yourself bored on a Friday night, they make for some great entertainment.
Starcrash (1978) – David Hasselhoff with a lightsaber.
Galaxy of Terror (1981)
Creature (1985)
Inseminoid (1981)
Biohazard (1985)
Skullduggery (1983)
Wavelength (1983) – Keith Carradine in the leading role (aka Louis Skolnick from Revenge of the Nerds)
Death Race 2000 (1975) – Stallone in an early role as a mafioso race car driver.
The Keep (1983)
Death Ship (1980)
Saturn 3 (1980) – Warning: contains a dubbed Harvey Keitel.
Forbidden World (aka Mutant, 1982)
Please note that I have no official affiliation with any of these movies. They are, however, ones that I watched growing up and found them to be fun despite low budgets, silly plotlines, bad acting, or any combination thereof.
I could go on and list a bunch more, but that should be enough to keep some of you busy for a bit. 😉
