Ran into a rather catastrophic failure on the database server. Rather than keep on trying to restore from corrupted tables…
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone out there reading this. The end of this year draws near. Many of us take the time now to reflect on those things we are happy for. I do so as well, but also contemplate what those things are that I will take with me into the next year that will make it even better.
To all of those who are reading my blog through Amazon’s Author Central, welcome! Rather than try to maintain multiple blogs, I’ve hooked up this blog through the wonders of RSS feeds into AC.
I got a pair of new shoes today. Ordinarily this isn’t something to blog about, but these happen to be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn in my entire life. And in all of the searching on the Internets, there happened to be exactly 1 picture of the specific make and model, and in the exact color I bought them in as well.
I’ve been away working on other writing projects, but it looks like they’re coming to a close here real soon….
It’s been long in coming, but now MoviePartners is completely ad-free, and will remain so from now on. There has been a contentious amount of debate going on about it behind closed doors, but I believe that ad-driven revenue for the web is not only antiquated but also detrimental to any site out there.
For anyone interested, I do have a (sporadically updated) Twitter feed also. Click on the link and follow me if you’re interested.
To all of our fine servicemen and women serving at home or abroad, and to every American out there that’s…
I know, I’ve been very bad lately. Haven’t updated anything here in a while. When your nose is to the grindstone, it happens. Writing quite a number of things, and also getting the marketing ready not just for The Cursed but also for my book.
There hasn’t been much to write any posts about, at least from my perspective. Hollywood is getting ready to take its summer break before heading back to filming around August, so not much there. My own writing projects have been eating up the rest of my time. This has led to less time here on the blog, along with gearing up for the premiere. So much to do, and a lot of it uses the other part of the brain devoted to non-blog matters.
